Should you get an HIV test?

If you answered "no" to ALL the above questions,
your risk for HIV is low - as long as you are using condoms correctly. But, the only way to know for sure that you don't have HIV is to get tested.

Wondering if you can get HIV from oral sex? You could get HIV from having oral sex without a condom. However, the chances of getting HIV from oral sex are less than getting HIV from anal or vaginal sex.

 If you have cuts or tears in your mouth or bleeding gums, your chances of getting HIV from oral sex goes up.
