Family PACT (F-PACT)

This is the F-PACT card - better known as the "green card":

If you have an F-PACT card, you and your partner can get these free services:

  • STD checkups
  • Birth control
  • Pregnancy testing
  • And more sexual health services

Where can you get the F-PACT card?

You can get the card at many of the clinics in Santa Cruz County. Here are a few of them:

  • Planned Parenthood 426-5550, 724-7525
  • Health Services Agency: north county 454-4100
  • Health Services Agency: south county 763-8400

Who can get the F-PACT card?

The best way to find out if you can get F-PACT is to talk to the clinic staff.

But you most likely will be able to get an F-PACT card if:

  • You do not have health insurance
  • Your health insurance does not cover family planning services (such as STD checkups)
  • You have health insurance. But you are nervous about using it for sexual health services.
